Reward Points/Discounts
Promotions, Discounts including Reward Points can not be combined or stacked. Only one promotion or discount code may be used at a time.
Free Shipping
Orders with a subtotal of $100.00 or more after all discounts have been applied will receive free USPS shipping within the United States. All shipping transit estimates shown on the website do not include creation time. Due to high demand please allow 14 business days for us to create your order during promotional periods.

Phone & email product help and customer service support is available Monday - Friday from 11 AM to 5 PM PST. If you call during the weekend, please leave a message with your name and number. We will call you back at our first opportunity. Please allow 2-3 business days for all email inquiries to be returned, as making products is our specialty. Due to the sensitivity of refrigerated products we DO NOT send refrigerated samples with non-refrigerated orders.
Product and Order Status
Every product at The Body Deli is handmade in small batches to ensure freshness and bio-availability. This is what makes our company unique and allows us the ability to deliver you extraordinary products of uncompromising quality. Due to our Cosmetic Chef's small batch production, when you place your order on www.thebodydeli.com please allow 5-7 business days and during promotion periods please allow for 10-14 business days excluding weekends for your order to be made.
Transit time for the product to reach its final destination, may take an additional 2-6 business days within the Continental US for Standard Ground Shipping. Due to the pandemic we are noticing longer than expected delivery times.
Order Not Yet Received
We sincerely apologize for the delay on the delivery of your order and for any inconvenience this may be causing you.
Certain arrivals are being delayed by bad weather conditions and the current pandemic.

Order Not Received
If your tracking information reflects your order has been delivered please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number. They will be better equipped to help answer the delivery location of your package, help with filling a package Search Request or file a lost package claim.

We do not remake and or reship orders unless a successful claim has been filed and resolved between the shipper and the carrier. We are available to help file a Search Request or file a lost package claim should you need our assistance. Please email orders@thebodydeli.com, we will need an invoice number, the shipping carrier used and the tracking number associated to the order in question.
Gift Card: I didn't receive my E-Gift Card?
Please check you SPAM or JUNK folders. If you still can not find it please callus during our hours of operation and we will do our best to assist you. Free Shipping
We offer FREE USPS Priority Mail Shipping in the Domestic United States on orders that subtotal $100.00 USD after discounts if applicable. FedEx Is a more expensive global service that can deliver to more rural areas. If your location can only accept FedEx deliveries please select FedEx as your shipping method.
Reward Point redemptions are applied to orders as discounts. Once the discount is applied and your order falls below $100.00 USD, shipping charges will apply. To avoid shipping charges make sure your subtotal is at least $100.00 USD after Reward Points have been applied to your order.
Reward Points
Orders over $100 after rewards point redemption's & discounts get FREE USPS Shipping in the Domestic U.S.
If your order subtotal is under $100.00 USD, shipping charges will apply.
Reward Points can only be used toward purchasing products and cannot be used toward paying for shipping costs.
If you return an item, the Reward Points gained during the purchase will be deducted.
Reward Points earned are yours to keep. Reward Points never expire.
NO WE DO NOT USE STYROFOAM
The packaging puffies we use are bio-degradable and are made of corn starch and will disintegrate in water. The corn starch puffies are static free organic starch, FDA compliant and decompose to leave no toxic waste. The boxes we use are made of recycled material and the lining cello bags we use in the event an item expands in transit and blows up is made of a bio-degradable material, and can be recycled.
Shipping Methods and Rates
Our standard shipping carrier is USPS for US shipments. Orders shipped to other countries can choose FedEx or USPS at checkout. As is standard practice, FedEx and USPS do not deliver on Sunday. Standard shipping charges will apply, and are based on the weight and destination of the package. Orders over $100.00 before tax and after discounts will receive FREE USPS Ground shipping within the U.S. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands or out of the US may have a transit time of 5-12 business days and may ship using USPS. FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. APO and P.O. Box orders will be shipped via USPS, please call 760-340-3731 Monday through Friday 10 am-5 pm PST so we can process an order to be shipped with USPS in the US. Our Overnight/Express shipping carrier is FedEx, choosing Express shipping will not expedite the time it takes to make the product, only the shipping time will be expedited. Once your order has shipped, an e-mail with your tracking information will be sent to the email you provided with your order.
Signature Request
We do offer a signature for delivery on packages and orders requesting this service. Please make your request in the "Add a Comment" section located in the shopping cart under the last listed item before the check out process. Please note we will not be responsible for replacing lost packages or damaged products due to non availability of the recipient.
Refrigerated products
Some products require refrigeration and will be shipped in an insulated box with ice packs. Please expect approximately the following amount of time for shipping of an order.
- West Coast - 2 to 5 business days
- Midwestern states - 3 to 7 business days
- East Coast - 4 to 8 business days
You may request or select overnight / express shipping for an additional charge.
If you want to check the status of your order, please check your email for a shipping confirmation email from either FedEx or USPS with your tracking information. Recommended Usage:
Since we use superfoods that are naturally highly pigmented, please avoid contact with fabrics and clothing to avoid staining.
Change Submitted Orders
If you need to change an order you have already placed, please contact us at 760-340-3731 or email us at info@thebodydeli.com To expedite your request, please have your purchase confirmation number available. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs. Returns & Exchanges
THE BODY DELI products are handmade to order and because of this, all sales are final. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt for store credit only. Shipping charges are not refundable or credited. All returns must have an original receipt. Applies to The Body Deli, Inc. products only. The original batch number must be intact on the returned item(s). If the original batch number is not on the returned item(s), we are sorry to inform you that the store credit is void and will not be available.
If you return an item, the Reward Points gained during the purchase will be deducted.
Products purchased from both THE BODY DELI website and the Palm Desert retail locations may be returned by mail with a Return Authorization number.
Please call 760-340-3731 to get an RMA number before returning your package.
The credit for your returned items cannot be exchanged for cash. If you are returning a gift, we will issue the refund directly to the gift recipient in the form of store credit.
THE BODY DELI products purchased in all other locations, Salon, Spas, Medical Spas or Doctor Offices for example, must be returned to their original point of purchase.
If you buy THE BODY DELI products from an unauthorized retailer or other unauthorized source, we regret that we cannot offer you credit for your product or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter.

Customer neglect of products voids the credit and exchange policy.
Examples include and are not limited to:
• Failure to make provisions to receive your delivery in a timely manner. Example: Ordering product and then going on vacation with no one available to receive the order.
• Improper care of product after delivery. Example: Not refrigerated, exposure to sunlight and heat after delivery.
Promotions, Coupons and Discounts
A promotional coupon code and/or discount may not be combined with any other offer, discount, promotion or used before or after a promotional period.
Military Discount
We are proud to offer 15% off to our U.S. military.
In-store Visit:
Please provide a valid Active military I.D. at check out and we will honor 15% off any full priced Body Deli made products. The Military Discount promotion can not be used with Reward Points and or other discounts/promotions and only applies to Body Deli made products. The currently active Military recipient must be present to receive discount.
Online Order:
Please send a current copy of your Active Military Card to orders@thebodydeli.com. The recipients name must match both the shipping and billing name on the order to qualify for the Military discount. The Military Discount promotion can not be used with Reward Points and or other discounts/promotions and only applies to Body Deli made products.
Trial/Travel Sizes/MINIs
Trial/Travel size face & body products are available for purchase.
International Shipping
We use FedEx and USPS for international orders. We are not responsible for any delays, retained packages caused by Customs or Duty Fees or any other additional shipping charges.
All International orders are the full responsibility of the customer.

Please call THE BODY DELI at 760-340-3731 Monday - Friday 11 am-5 pm PST and a Customer Representative will provide you with product recommendations, appropriate samples, and other information to meet your skin, hair and body care needs. THE BODY DELI accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover when placing phone orders.
Payment Options
THE BODY DELI accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Credit card information entered in the site is secure and safe and is secured by Authorize.net on line security. Credit card information is not stored or saved on www.TheBodyDeli.com. All orders placed on this website are encrypted, thereby protecting any credit card information that is submitted at the time of the order. If you are uncomfortable entering your credit card information online, we will be pleased to accept your order by phone. Please call The Body Deli at 760-340-3731. In the event your credit card is declined, The Body Deli, Inc. will inform you of this and will request a new credit card number. All credit card information must match with your financial institution; this includes the billing address, zip code, card holder name, card number, expiration date and security code. If the information does not match correctly, the order will not be processed. As email is not a secure method of transmitting credit card information, we advise that for your protection you do NOT send credit card information via an e-mail message to Customer Service. Instead, we suggest that you call us directly at 760-340-3731 to place an order or update payment information.
